Hi Invoice Team, why do you call the button "sync" under customer profiles in zoho invoice, when all it does is import data from crm. This is not true syncing, you should change the name to "import" until you have updated to support true bi-directional syncing of data.
Just a suggestion, it leaves the user frustrated, as it implies something else.
