Trying to Convert Lead into Contacts using Automation

Hope you can help you.
I created a new rule to convert Lead to Contact if I do not receive an email from a lead after 7 Days/1 Week.
Sadly the only Instant Action I can choose is Create Record = Contact and no Convert showing.
My main goal is to convert that Lead into a Contact.
