Twilio SMS Feature Not Practically Usable
When integrating with Twilio, there is only an organization setting for one SMS number to be used. There needs to be a way to setup individual SID's and auth tokens by individual Zoho users. The way it is setup now makes it impossible for multiple people to be in contact via SMS with a candidate. Only one user within the whole organization is notified that that person has responded. We have the option with Twilio to setup multiple numbers. Zoho needs to give us the option of setting up those individual numbers with each Zoho recruit user. Otherwise it is completely pointless to have this feature.
