unable to copy & paste between doc earlier today

unable to copy & paste between doc earlier today

I have no problem to transfer information within the same document. However, I couldn't copy information from Doc. A, then paste to Doc. B... I don't have this problem until earlier today.
I asked around, none of my friend could copy & paste info between 2 sheet doc. any more.
Would you help to solve this problem?
