Unable to create Hour based web traffic report

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a report that will display hourly user traffic by date from Google Analytics but I can see only 00:00 hour in my report as I synchronized data from Google Analytics at 12:00 a.m everyday and the date for all data is with "date 00:00:00" format. Please advise me on how I can configure it. The sample of the report I want to create is as per attached.
I am looking forward your support and much appreciated for it.
