Unable to edit TASK / CALL in small pop-up window - UI Issue

Issue: Unable to Edit Tasks/Calls in Pop‑up Window

Over the last two days, we have been experiencing a consistent issue while creating Tasks or Calls in Zoho.

Issue description:

When clicking Create New → Task / Call, the form opens in a small pop‑up window

In this window, none of the fields are clickable or editable

We are unable to type, select dropdowns, or interact with any field

The only workaround is refreshing the screen, but after refresh the issue still persists and does not allow task/call creation

Troubleshooting already done:

Initially suspected a local device issue (Mac), but the same problem is reported by team members using Windows

Cleared browser cache

Tested on multiple browsers (Safari and Chrome)

Logged out and logged back in

None of the above resolved the issue

Impact:

Users are unable to create or edit Tasks/Calls effectively

Day‑to‑day CRM activity is being disrupted

This appears to be a system-wide/UI issue, not device or browser specific.

Requesting the Zoho team to please investigate and advise on a fix or workaround.
