I'm very keen to start using Zoho Inventory (currently using just books and CRM under Zoho One subscription) but having a problem with importing. See attached image for screenshots of steps taken. 

I created a couple of new Item Groups with multiple variations and then I:

1. Exported these items to CSV fie: "exportfile.csv" (see attached file);

2. Began Importing "exportfile.csv"

3. Mapped the fields (didnt change anything - just clicked next)

4. Got the result with errors and 0 items imported? 

The system is saying it cannot import duplicate item groups? Int this the whole point of crating an item group that would have multiple variation products associated with it? 

How do I get around this as I need to import a HUGE amount of data into the system to start with and then I need to be able to update it quickly - all via importing. 

Please advise soonest as items in books is falling flat under the pressure of the variations on most of our products.
