unable to log in to tracking system

i am trying to log in to my tracking system but literary after 1 to 2 seconds the screen gives me a error.
Sorry, We could not process your request !
and possible reasons.
Possible reasons:
- › The URL may be incorrect.
- › The Visitor details might have been removed.
- › You do not have access to the requested Information.
- is there a way to fix this or is the problem on my side.
