Unable to receive OTP & No response from support@zohoaccounts.com & support@zohomail.com
Dear Zoho Team
We are facing problem in renewing your storage service because unable to receive OTP from admin profile. We are sorry to say, our organization planning to remove service from zoho, because no response from the emails sent or rather verbal communication made.
The situation is very horrible I might say, our clients unable to reach via email as the storage limit crossed. Kindly consider this to be serious & priority to resolve the issue at earliest.
