A while ago i was sending a document for signature and for some reason i was unable to send it via Zoho Contracts, i didnt pay much attention to it at the time and instead sent it via Zoho Sign.

But apparently this error has become recurrent, and now i'm unable to send documents to signature. I have attached a print of the message error that says the following:

Sending for signature failed - Sorry, unable to send the contract for signature due to an unknown error. Please try again or later.

Is there a specific reason this error is showing? Am i doing something wrong or is it a bug? Hope we can solve the issue!
