Unable to view shared documents on mobile or Android app

Hi

Apologies for posting a complete noob question but I've checked the forums and can't see that anyone else has asked this.

I am testing under the free 5gb account (not the trial account) before deciding whether to recommend purchasing. All seemed fine until I shared folders/docs with a collaborator. The collaborator is able to view these folders and documents from a PC but cannot see them on either the mobile site or android app.

Zohodocs site shows them under 'Shared with Me' but the app and mobile site layout is slightly different showing 'shared to me'. I've checked everywhere logical and the documents are nowhere to be found.
