Unattended access, rebooting issues

Unattended access, rebooting issues

Whenever I reboot a windows 10 workstation remotely through Zoho unattended access, It never reconnects, just grey screen with action bar on left, but can't click any of the commands or actions.

The user has to log into the computer for unattended access to work again.  This isn't the case with any remaining windows 7 computers, but pretty much any time I do driver or windows updates at night, I get 'kicked off' after reboot and cannot regain access until the user arrives at the office and logs in the next day.

I've been tracking this issue for about 2 months and it was happening before the major changes to the UI in the last update.  While it seemed random at first, I can now state that it's 100% of the time on any workstation (desktop or laptop) that is a windows 10 pro client.

Anyone else having this issue??
