UNAUTHORIZED TO ASSOCIATE when posting a job opening

Hi,

Since today we are getting the following message when trying to "Save & Publish" a job opening:
"UNAUTHORIZED TO ASSOCIATE"

This has always worked for us and nothing has changed in the security settings.
What could be the issue here?
