Understanding SalesIQ and bots

I did a trial install of SalesIQ just to see how it looked. There were a few problems. For reference I have zobot setup for sales funnelling and answerbot setup for FAQs in the background, There will be no live agents at all during day or night and the bots are to help funnel leads and answer generic questions.

SalesIQ seems to be the dominant bot/chat feature. 

Answerbot sort of seems to be there but I'm not sure. This may just be article suggestions coming through on SalesIQ.

Zobot options don't appear on testing on the website. 

What I want to do is the following:

1. Have zobot replace out contact form and work as as a funnelling system to gather leads or redirecting them to other sections of our website or the FAQs (we don't want a lot of generic low lead times asking the same question over and over hence we want to funnel these to the FAQ page (have hopefully deal with answerbot there too.

2. We hope answer bot could be on our FAQ page (don't think there is a way for it to work alongside zobot ?
