Unsubscribe from a Segment, but not the whole Contact list
Hey,
We have created one bulk list of users from our network. Within that list, we've made multiple segments so we can send campaigns to the specific groups of users that would get the most out of them. We absolutely love this feature because we have many staff members from our head office sending various campaigns, and it is great to have one centralised list.
However, if a user was to receive an email from our central support team on a particular topic that they are not interested in, they may choose to unsubscribe. Do they have the option to unsubscribe from the 'Segment' that that Campaign was sent to? Or will it unsubscribe them from the whole contact list - and therefore all future campaigns including the topics they DO want communication about. My thoughts are, the end-user may not realise, they are unsubscribing from one master list.
