Update custom field for another Orchestration

Update custom field for another Orchestration

Hi,
I have two Orchestrations, Orch "A" at one stage it creates a card for Orch "B" so another team does a parallel task. I want to make sure that Orch "A" is not completed until Orch "B" is completed as well.

I understood that I can achieve that by creating a dropdown custom field in Orch "A" with two values (Completed and Not Completed), and to create a criteria in Orch "A" so it is not completed until that field is in "Completed". Also, in Orch "B" to create a custom function when it is completed to update the custom field to "Completed".

My question is, if this is the only way to achieve that, how can I configure the custom function? We are new to Zoho Qnrtl so we are not yet experienced in customer functions.

Thanks,
Adel
