Update your RingCentral app for continuous access
Dear Customer,
This post is to inform you that we are retiring support for older versions of Zoho Recruit's RingCentral app. Kindly upgrade to the latest version before 15th June, 2022 for uninterrupted service.
Listed below are the features available in the latest version of the RingCentral app;
- Activate RingCentral for specific users.
(Eg: Use a different telephony app for each user) - Activate RingCentral for specific Zoho services.
(Eg: RingCentral in Zoho Recruit and Amazon Connect in Zoho CRM) - Track multiple calls simultaneously with pop-ups.
- View call pop-ups with details from other Zoho services.
(Eg: See business card data from both Zoho Recruit and Zoho CRM in a single pop-up)
For security purposes, we cannot initiate the update on our end. Kindly follow the instructions given below to update your RingCentral app;
- Click the Update Now button.
- Click Uninstall to remove the older version.
- Now, click Enable Telephony. You will be directed to the Telephony Marketplace.
- Look for RingCentral using the Search Bar on the top-right.
- Click Install to perform a clean install of the latest version.
