Updated Career Site Suggestion
Hello All, On the new career site, when jobs are listed in the "job listing view" with all of them lined up one after the other, the city is present and very apparent. In my screenshot example, it shows a field service technician job opening in MIami, FL. Once the job listing is clicked the relevant bullet points are highlighted to the right under "job Information" The city of the job should be listed here. I would recommend removing the zip code, as no candidates ever look at the zip/postal code of a relevant job, but all of them look for the city the job is located in. Use Case: when we post a specific job opening on social media, we tend to post the direct link to the individual jobs, not the overall job board. When a candidate clicks the link, the location of the job is not readily available for them to see. In my example above, Florida is a very large state, candidates in Jacksonville will not be open to a job in Miami. After my entire team was staring at the jobs page for close to 5 minutes, one of us realized the city was provided at the very top of the page under the title up in the heading. However the way it is written up there, it is not readily apparent. In summary, can you all please list the ciity, state, salary, industry, and work experience under the job information section. These are the only relevant facts our candidates are looking for. Even better, I would suggest the best case scenario is that you all let us as the users define what relevant information is displayed there on our individual job boards.
