UploadTool JDBC driver MySQL?

Hello, 
I'm trying to upload data from my remote MySQL database into Zoho reports and I got a lot of problems and I already solved it, but this one I can't handle it so please can you help the problem is I got that error while trying to upload data with UploadFromDB.bat file :-
Driver class is missing. Ensure the required jar file for the current database is placed in lib folder.

I already downloaded (mysql-connector-java-3.0.17-ga-bin) and placed it in lib folder
