I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been facing with the WooCommerce Sync feature in Zoho Analytics.
Initially, the integration worked seamlessly during the first import; however, subsequent autosync attempts have consistently failed. The error message reads as follows:
"Reason for Sync Failure: A temporary error occurred while synchronizing data from WooCommerce.
Solution: Zoho Analytics will automatically retry the data synchronization in the next schedule."
Despite this assurance, the problem has persisted for the past seven days, with no apparent resolution in sight. I have diligently followed the recommended steps, including two manual imports, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
I have previously reached out to your support team, and while they assured me of assistance, this is now the second time I've been told that someone will contact me by email. Regrettably, I have not received any communication, be it good or bad news, and the problem remains unresolved.
I am reaching out to inquire whether there are other users experiencing a similar issue with the WooCommerce Sync. If there are any known solutions or workarounds, I would greatly appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter promptly.
