Urgent Report Inquiry - Removing Duplicates

Hello Team,

I need your urgent support please to create a proper report. 


I am trying to get a report on all the actioned opportunities(=Deals) on a weekly basis. The fields to be displayed are Opportunity owner, stage and opportunity name in 3 consecutive columns.

By actioned, I mean anything that has some activity, or notes or emails sent by the opportunity owner only. 

So I went to summary report, chose the main module as opportunities, and the other modules as notes, email and activities. 

Then I added  the below filters. (Images are also in the attached filed)

The problem is it gives the count based on the number of activities, so it counts the opportunity name twice or more. What I want is to get the total umber of unique opportunity names.  I tried to edit columns to total, but opportunity name is not listed there. 


Is there any custom function I can add so it doesn't duplicate the opportunity name?
