Use between computers

I have been using Zoho writer for desktop on my desktop computer and recently started using it on my laptop. After the first time I used it on my laptop I am no longer able to use it on my desktop. It freezes and doesn't allow me to keep writing. I can view everything I have typed on my laptop but I can't add to it on my desktop computer anymore. Does anyone know why that is?
