User Emails Blocked

I keep running into issues where our users stop receiving notifications from CRM because their email addresses get blocked in on the backend some how. I reach out to support, they confirm, they fix, and we carry on, but then it happens again.

Does any one know why any user with a company domain would get blocked on multiple occasions? It seems to me that Zoho development would somehow program for this scenario.
