USER_NOT_ACTIVE

Connect (the app) was working on my S4. I Upgraded to a Note4. Now when I try to log into the app I am told USER_NOT_ACTIVE.

I am Using the same email/password that I can use to log in using a web browser, both on the Note and a desktop computer with no problem. The Note4 updated to Android 5.0.1 and it still is not working. I reported this issue a few weeks ago to customer service via email and was told something like "we will look into it" with no further response. I thought I would check in here to see if anyone has any ideas.
