Users who bill at multiple rates per customer or project

In my company, I hold many positions that are billable. We also work with some clients on a retainer, at a discounted hourly rate. For one customer, I might provide software training at one rate, account audits at another rate, and network maintenance at yet another. Is there a way to adjust the billing rate or add billing roles within Timesheet?
