Using Email Triggers on Zoho Flow

But the collection of the variables only seems to work when the data sent to the respective email is exactly the same data that I used for the creation of the template.

In other words and using the example on the step 10 (of the same article), is like the variable only gets created when Name = John Doe. If Name = Steve, it doesn't create the variable and then my whole flow stops working...

Any ideas?
