Using ZOHO in recruiting

Using ZOHO in recruiting

I started using ZOHO this week. I'm from new Zealand and operate a small employment agency in Christchurch. I've been using ACT!6 for years but its become unusaseable now so I'm trying zoho.
I'm interested to know if anyone has already set up zoho for this purpose and if they used the 'products' category for the job-seekers registered with them. It seems to make sense to me as all the other tabs migrate to each other as a sale progresses. Wheras all I need to do is match a job-seeker with an employer amd make a sale. Any thoughts from any body?
