Vendor Status Comments Visibility
The additional feature we have in mind is to allow vendors to see the comments associated with each updated status on the candidate's hiring progress in Zoho.
This feature may help us expedite updates for both our team and the vendors when processing uploaded candidates in the vendor portal. Currently, the vendor portal provides visibility only into the Candidate name, Candidate ID, Submitted on, Submitted for and Status under the Submitted Candidates dashboard. Please refer to the screenshot below for your reference.
