Venezuela Time Zone
Hi.
I'm located at Caracas, Venezuela, and I've noticed that the time zone that says Americas/Caracas is GTM -4:00 when
actually is GTM -4:30. This kinda defeats the purpose of a calendar.
Are there plans to fix this any time soon?
