We do estimates for clients through zoho books and send from zoho direct to the client. However we are having issues after the estimate has been modified a few times and resent. Basicaly old original estimates cannot be found. Is there a way we can look up old estimates?

An example of the issue is when we send a estimate to Joe Bloggs and offer him special pricing. Joe then decides to put the order through a agent or reseller who we give an additional 12% discount. The estimate is changed from Joe Blogs account to the resellers account. The resellers account has different pricing and automaticaly changes prices. The Reseller then sends a purchase order through to us to confirm the order but has for some reason used incorrect pricing. We now have no record of the original estimate and pricing.

Can anyone help with this?
