Want to change country in Zoho Inventory

Hi,

When we configuring our organization profile, we mistakenly set the country as our "Branch" location. But we are not aware of that time, the country will not be changeable at all. Invoices, Dashboard and everything in Zoho Invoice, Zoho Books and Inventory will depend on that. After knowing that, I sent a mail to Zoho inventory support team twice, but they are not in the situation to understand our concern. We were previously used other service, we just tried to switch all our process into Zoho. But we feel like their support is worse.

A support person should understand why are we raising the request instead they shouldn't try to close the ticket just for a sake.

Thank you for writing in.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to change the country once it has been set from the organisation set-up page.
The reason being, we have country specific editions and once the edition has been set, it cannot be changed.

Hi Hashah,

As mentioned in the previous mail, once you set the organization to a specific country, you would not be able to change the country name.

You would need to set-up a new organization in order to set your country to Pakistan.

We set up an organization in Zoho One, we have almost 60+ users in that organization. And we configured zoho mail hosting and everything. Look at the response, their response is creating a new organization. Is that the way they guide us?

Please change our organization country.
