Warning - There is a bug in search engine / bulk update
Hello Everyone:
There is a bug in the Zoho Recruit search engine under the following circumstances -
If you perform a bulk update to a multi-picklist field, it will perform the bulk update BUT if you tried to search on those records after you perform the bulk update, it will not find them.
You need to literally open each record (edit) and save it again. Then the search engine will find the records that have been updated.
I have only found this problem when performing a bulk update to a multi picklist. Other bulk updates and subsequent searches seem to work fine.
I reported it to Zoho Help yesterday but have not heard back. Anyone else come across this problem?
