Witin Zoho I want to add a column to the report I use for a list of the new candidates they come in.  I found where I can add a new column, and assumed the options would be all of the  titles of answers that are required to be folled out on the form, but that's not the case.  In my situation, I want to add a column to the zoho report for the form field titled "Expected title for next career move:"

Is that possible? I don't know how...Thank you
