Web Forms Editor not working properly

I wanted to change the form for candidate to register.

The from editor does not allow me to delete fields that are on the form. The trash icon does not remove the field.

Even though it adds an entry in the list on the right.

I am using Google Chrome on Windows 10. '

Does anyone else have similar problems with forms?
