Website broken after trying to publish an update

Website broken after trying to publish an update

I published an update and the system got "stuck" and never said it finished publishing. My site is now down and says 404 error. When I try to click publish now it says that my website is already being published and that I can try again after it finishes. 

I unpublished the site in hopes that it would "reset" the system and let me publish again, but I'm still getting the error message. Debug mode is enabled now and I need help.
