Hello everyone,
After dedicating our efforts to some behind-the-scenes enhancements throughout January, Backstage is now running more smoothly.
So here are the most recent updates from Backstage.
- Manage permissions pertaining to event registrations for custom roles. To do this, click the Edit Privileges option for a custom role, which will take you to the Manage and Conduct Dashboard tab. Then go to the Manage registrations section.
- Find specific attendees using the Search, Filter, and Columns options in the Attendee tab below the Attendee Profiles tab in the portal.
- Now you have the flexibility to check in new attendees even for sold-out ticket classes. When this is done, the ticket quantity for the class will automatically be increased by 1.
- Lounges can be configured with a capacity of up to 20.
- Apart from event attendees, the host and co-hosts can also post their questions, actively contributing to the session's engagement.
