What's New in Zoho Inventory - June 2020

Hello, all!

We hope you are safe and well during this pandemic. We have introduced a set of much-sought features and enhancements in Zoho Inventory to accelerate your fulfilment process. Read on to learn more.

Amazon UK Integration

The much-awaited integration with Amazon is now live for the UK edition. You can start fetching online orders, push stock updates and designate a warehouse in Zoho Inventory specifically to track orders from Amazon.

UPS International Shipping - Phase 1

After having covered all the regions supported by UPS, we are taking the next big step of extending the scope of this integration from domestic to international shipments in three phases. To ship internationally, one requires international forms along with the shipment label for customs clearance.

In phase one release, Zoho Inventory provides support for creating international shipments along with the shipping label. Customers have to generate all the required international forms either from the UPS website or from other service providers.

Volume Pricing

Does your business offer discounts for bulk orders? For such business promotions, we have introduced Volume Pricing, using which you can set price breaks for items ordered in different quantity brackets.

Transfer Order Approval

When your warehouse is busy with stock being moved in and out several times a day, it is possible to lose track and issue a transfer order with incorrect details. This, in turn, will affect the fulfilment process. To prevent such mishaps, you can set up an approval workflow to get the transfer orders verified and approved by the designated supervisors before they're issued.

Role-based Permissions for Custom Fields

You can allow or restrict users in your organization from accessing a custom field based on roles.

To do this: Go to Settings > Preferences > Select the desired module > Open the Field Customization tab > Hover over the required custom field > Click the dropdown icon > Select Configure Access > Choose the access level for each role > Click Save.

Receivable Summary and Receivable Details Reports

Get a complete picture of all your receivables in one place by generating the Receivable Summary and Receivable Details reports.

The Receivable Summary report provides an overview of all your invoices and credit notes. You can customize this report by grouping transactions based on the customer name, due date, custom fields, etc.

The Receivable Details report gives you a rundown of your invoices and credit notes along with their underlying item details such as item name, quantity, and price. You can also customize this report by grouping transactions based on the transaction#, item name, custom fields, etc.

If you love using Zoho Inventory, you can recommend it to others and also turn a profit on it! If a friend starts using Zoho Inventory upon your referral, you will get 15% of their subscription payment as credit which will be available on your Zoho wallet.
