What's New in Zoho Inventory - May 2020

Hello, all!

We hope you are safe and sound. During these unprecedented times, we're doing our best to continue bringing new features to you while working from home. Here is what's new in Zoho Inventory for this month:

Amazon FBA Integration (US Edition)

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) facilitates sellers to rent Amazon's storage space to keep their goods, while also fulfilling online orders and handling customer services. In Zoho Inventory, you can now designate a warehouse to track your FBA goods and orders.

Shopify Locations

Locations in Shopify, similar to warehouses, are places where you store goods. You can designate a warehouse to every Shopify location and start tracking orders and stock updates under the respective warehouses.

Branches or Multiple GSTIN Support (Indian Edition)

Businesses with branches spread across several locations can now track all their orders in one place. In Zoho Inventory, you can now add branches with different GSTINs, associate warehouses to branches, generate a number series to track transactions in each branch, decide who can have access to a particular branch information, generate branch-wise reports, and more.

SMS Integration - Twilio

Connect your Zoho Inventory organization with Twilio - a cloud-based SMS service provider, to notify your customers regarding invoice details and payment dues.

'Show in Store' Option for Composite Items

We have added the 'Show in Store' option for composite items. You can now enable it to display composite items in your Zoho Commerce store front.

To do so: Go to ItemsComposite Items > Open a composite item > Click the pencil icon > Click the Show in Store toggle in the bottom of the edit page.

Shipment Templates

We have introduced templates for shipments. You can customize your shipments by choosing from the available templates.

To do this, click the Customize drop-down in the shipment, and select the Change Template option where you can choose a template.

We understand that this is a tough time for all businesses. Hence, we have put together a list of resources, which we hope can help you tide over this crisis. And as always, you can reach out to us at support@zoho-inventory.com for any assistance.
