We have integrated WhatsApp Business into Zoho CRM, and messages are coming through to the CRM. However, I want a notification message to be sent to the data owner in Cliq when a new message arrives. This doesn't seem possible through rules. Is there another way to achieve this, or can it be done differently from another platform?
