When is the promised upgrade to Zoho Calendar scheduled?

Zoho calendar is unusable in its current state for enterprise business users.  

  • It is unusable on iphone due to time zone issues as well as issues with processing quotes and other special characters
  • It does not handle ical events from other calendaring systems, most notably Microsoft Outlook/Exchange.  This is the biggest problem.  Business users need to be able to schedule meetings with non-zoho users (like exchange, google calendar,etc), to notify schedulers whether we'll attend or not, and to have our calendars automatically updated.  None of this works currently.
  • Its "integration" with zoho CRM can barely be characterized as integration.
We have deployed zoho crm, zoho support, and zoho mail suite across our enterprise (replacing MS Exchange).  However, because of zoho Calendar, we may have to give up on zoho altogether.  Due to the number of bugs and missing features,  It is truly not even ready for beta.  I am surprised it was ever released.  This is by far the most bug-filled software I have ever attempted to use.  I cannot begin to understand how you continue to let these bugs remain.  Our staff has missed important meetings, and cannot schedule meetings with business contacts outside of our own domain.  This is truly pathetic.

When will the promised upgrade be delivered?  What problems will it address?
