Where do I add the employee pic for Kiosk's facial recognition check-in/check-out?

Hello,
I'm trying to setup Kiosk on our Zoho People portal, in order to allow check-in/check-out via facial recognition using a tablet hanged on the wall.

I did the following:
  1. setup Kiosk portal on Zoho People > Attendance > Settings > Kiosk Setup
  2. downloaded the Kiosk App on my phone
When trying to check-in I get an "Unable to recognize face" error (same is happening on Zoho People Android App, where I get an "Employee image not found on Zoho Server" error.

Question is: where do I upload the employee pic?

Please note I've also activated the following option in Zoho People > Attendance > General Settings:
