Which Assist plan is included with Zoho One?

Hi,

I've just signed up to Zoho One and see that Assist is listed as one of the apps.

Which plan or what limitations are included for Zoho One subscribers?

Currently when going to try it out its put me on a free trial with all features.

Just trying to figure out limitations before using it.
