URGENT- I have been told I only have a week left to migrate before I lose all of my documents - and yet I am unable to migrate because the options are not available. I already wrote on the forum and heard nothing back. 

I followed the instructions that says to sign into your super Admin, and there should be a migrate button. But it's not there.
