Work Flow Automation - Z Recruit

Hi, we do not use many work flow automation processes, but I wanted to see if it is possible for example when Interview status is updated i.e. to 'offered', can we also update the Job Opening for the same position to be automated to a status of 'Offered' as well? From what I can see we can only automatically update within the same modules?
