Whether sharing a single file or a folder using Workdrive External Link sharing, we are getting errors trying to retrieve the file/folders.

Tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge, same results for each.  Tried copy/paste link, open from external email, same results.  Is anyone else experiencing this?
