Workflow Alerts is not working , Using Career site to create a new Candidate

I'm using Careersite to create a new candidate ...  if candidate create then workflow is not trigger ....
only this issue is using in career site to create new candidate if its possible ?
Workflow details:
WHEN: Execute this workflow during a Record Action.
            Create

 WHICH RECORDS  : This rule will be executed for all records.
