I have subscribed to the Professional service and so I should have access to Workspaces. However, when I go into, "My Workspaces", the button bar is mostly greyed out. All that is available are "Upload" and "Admin Console".

Is this normal? How can enable the other buttons like Move, Copy and Delete?
