When i add an item to an invoice, the retail price is doubling for some reason. please see screenshot and assist?

as you can see in the box, the retail price of the Printer is is R3495 but once its added to the invoice (above in image) the price is now R6989.99. this is happening on all items for admin staff users.

please assist urgently
