This is good news for CRM Enterprise users who use Zoho Campaigns for their email marketing. Previously you could only choose from the ‘Contacts’ and ‘Leads’ modules under Select Module while ‘Potentials’ and ‘Accounts’ could be synced using the Criteria option.

Now the option of Custom Module will also be available under Select Module while syncing contacts.

With this you can

• Import all the records from your custom modules in CRM without any additional steps.
• Send targeted emails to this particular segment using Zoho Campaigns.
• Receive reports and track recipient activity.

In a nutshell, you can apply all features of Zoho Campaigns to the set of contacts thus imported.
