You want to explain to me why all my email accounts are blocked after asking for your supervisor?

BEWARE when you catch ZOHO telling you they will put you on a clean IP and then in fact do not do that. Then they wrongly state that the SPF record is the issue (it's not and I have proof of that) and then you repeatedly ask for the tech supports supervisor you get your business email blocked. I was never rude, ever. And it's been weeks of asking for this to be resolved on a paid account active for years. Terrible customer service and now I am suffering legal damages. None of my account can I email out right now, NONE. I guess I need to make my next contact to Zoho investors so they can be aware of how you handle things. Screenshotting all the emails now because something tells me my account is about to get deleted too. Also why is my "limit" 30 GB when before you all screwed my plan up I have 50 GB limit?
